ECZ is a sponge with a lower density than standard, making it suitable for low load applications. Because it is designed for low loads, it is effective when looking for sponge for small item cases.
ECZ is a lightweight polyurethane foam with a density of 16±1.5kg/m³. It is available in white and gray color variations. The new press machine can punch out large items approximately 120mm thick.
It is used for the inner pad of the case with a firm-feeling sponge. The L-1400 has a wealth of experience with inner pads for cases and is frequently produced.
L-1400 is a widely distributed PE foam material that is often used as cushioning due to its moderate hardness. Since it is cut with water jet pressure, there is no damage to the material from stress or heat. We welcome inquiries regarding design and layout.
PE light can be processed into case inner pads by punching. B-4 is suitable for mass production of softer and lighter case inner pads.
